Remarks: Blank leaves: 45-6r; "I pezzi sono numerati ab antiquo da 1 a 142 o forse 143, ma vi è anche materiale non consulente. Le mani presenti sono diverse; né mancano postille baldesche; ma per lo più gli interventi sono d'un amanuense che usa la semigotica corsiva "i" che si avvicenda con la mano "g" (cc. 3; 20; 25-27 e altrove). Attestato anche Francesco di Baldo (es. 60r-64r). Dalla carta 65r alla fine scrive invece la semigotica pura "h" assai leggibile. Il carattere precipuo del Barb.lat. 1405 è negli argomenti marginali dei consilia, che sembrano vergati per lo più da Francesco di Baldo. La datazione del codice non è individuabile; ma dalla provenienza dei pezzi (Spoleto, Todi, Cortona etc.) si può congetturare un periodo perugino di Baldo" (Vallone).
